TLEE Spas

I worked with TLEE Spas on a new website that would be easier for the client to manage, better represent their brand, and improve user experience. TLEE works with some of the most premiere spas in the world. They wanted a website that could show them as a leader in their field and show off their amazing work.
Roles

Design Lead, UX Designer, UI Designer

Scope

User Experience, User Interface, Branding

Creative Brief

Editability/ Future proof

The old website was built on an outdated CMS platform that was difficult to update. They wanted to easily add and update projects as well as share more stories with a blog.

Sophistication

TLEE works with exceptionally sophisticated clients and wants its brand to match their experience. Working with their team we were tasked to update their brand while keeping the core logo and colors.

Hierarchy

The old website lacked a strong hierarchy in content and typography. While TLEE’s projects emanated luxury, the web format in place lacked the ability to adequately articulate their brand, leading these projects to be underappreciated.

Lead Generation

The updated website will lead to more business leads, engagement from viewers, and newsletter sign ups.

User Experience

Leading the project from kick-off to development, we started at the user experience level and rethought the sitemap and content strategy. We thought through personas and user flows and we worked with the TLEE team through iterations of sitemaps and wireframes before moving on to the user interface design.
